Exchanges:
  • Please call and place your exchange order over the phone or place it on the website.  You will be charged for this order and it will ship immediately.  When we receive your return of the incorrect size we will process it as a return for you.
Return Policy:
 
ALL SALES FINAL AFTER 7 DAYS from receipt.
 
All personalized items are final sales - no exceptions.
 
We are unable to take back items that have been worn.  Once the tags have been removed the garment is a final sale. Please thoroughly inspect each garment before you remove the tags.
 
Orders that are refused after we have shipped or returned to us because you were unavailable for delivery or didn't pay customs are treated and processed as returns.

We will process as follows:
  • FULL PRICE ITEMS -
    • Postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
    • Your choice of an instore/online credit or a credit to your original method of payment.
    • (Original shipping is never refunded). If your item was shipped for free (payment of $0.00) we will need to take a shipping charge (depending on the value of the returned merchandise) from your refund.
    • Items purchased with a promotional code for a percentage off are NOT considered full price.
  • SALE ITEMS -
    • Returnable if postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
    • Only returnable for an instore/online credit.
    • (Original shipping is never refunded). If your item was shipped for free (payment of $0.00) we will need to take a shipping charge (depending on the value of the returned merchandise) from your refund.
    •  Please remember that in most walk in boutiques all sale items are a final sale. We are willing to take sale items back into our store but due to the processing time involved and the profit margin gone we are unable to offer anything other then an instore/online credit. We regret that we are unable to offer an exception to this policy.
    • Items purchased using a discount code are considered sale items.
  • PREORDERED ITEMS -
    • Defined as anything you purchase that is not in stock and it is planned that it will ship at a later date.
    • Returns need to be postmarked within 7 days of receipt
    • Only returnable for an instore credit.
    • If you cancel a preorder before it ships you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee and the balance paid towards the preorder stays as instore credit.
    • If your item was shipped for free and you return it we will take the shipping charges out of your refund. Most preordered items will be considered "shipped for free" if your order ships at many different times. If you paid for shipping - the first shipment we ship you from that order will be the order that you have paid for shipping on. The rest of the times that we ship your order as the collections arrive will be considered "shipped for free" and if you return any of those shipments the shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit.
    • If your order has multiple shipdates we will ship the first shipment using the shipping paid on your original order. Each USA shipment after that will cost an additional $5 shipping billed at the time of shipping. Each overseas shipment will be billed $15 per shipment at the time of shipping.

  • DAMAGED ITEMS-
    • will be replaced or can be returned for refund only if they are UNWORN and UNWASHED.
    • A damaged item must be reported within 7 days of receipt as all sales are final after 7 days.
  • It goes without saying but be sure that the returned clothes are in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • They have to be in re-saleable condition - i.e. they can't smell like cigarette smoke, pet odors, etc.
  • If shoes were sent in a box be sure to return the box in a different box - please don't use the shoe box as the shipping box or there will be a 50% restocking fee for us to obtain a new box from the manufacturer.
Returns can take up to 30 days to process. If you are receiving a credit to your card please allow for up to two statements before you see it.

We do our absolute best to be fair and fast and offer you the best service possible. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control - an incorrect charge gets entered, a shipping error happens, etc. We will be happy to work with you to make it right but we do ask that you be fair in return. Please let us know as soon as possible if a shipping error happens and please let us know if an incorrect charge gets passed through and we will work with you to a fair solution. If you enter a coupon code twice or are able to tweak our software to give you a better price we will not be able to honor that.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
- We do offer a 7 day price adjustment on your purchase - only one request per order. You must follow the instructions EXACTLY or we will be unable to honor your request. We have attempted to match our store policy. If you walk into our store within a week of purchase and could buy the exact item cheaper we will do an instore credit. Please see below for our online policy.
 
1. Please put all the items that you want adjusted from your original order into your shopping cart. These must be identical in size to your original order and if we are sold out of 'your size' then that item will not be eligible for a price adjustment.

 
2. Please copy and paste your shopping cart along with shipping charges into an email and send it to us at sales@forgetmenotkids.com. This email must be sent within 7 days of your purchase

 
3. Please allow several days for processing and then you will be sent a gift certificate to spend in our store the total of your price adjustment. We will be unable to offer these as refunds to paypal or your credit card.

 
**The following are not eligible for price adjustments: coupon codes that are sent out for free shipping or coupon codes sent out for a percentage off your purchase. You have to be able to see the new price on the product to be eligible for the adjustment**

**Please know that most stores don't offer price adjustments and we are happy to go the extra mile to earn your business!
We will be unable to process price adjustments over the phone.

 

Shipping:
We aim to ship to you just as quick as we can. Often we are able to ship the same day that your order is placed.

We are unable to offer a guarantee that your order will ship the same day
as seasonal changes and sales that we run sometimes cause a huge volume of sales but do expect that your package will ship just as soon as we are able to do so. If you are needing your items by a certain date please be sure to note that on your order and if it is urgent please follow it up with a phone call.
 
Our rates aren't posted here as they are subject to change. Please put your items in your cart and check out the shipping rates by putting your zipcode below your shopping cart.

SHIPPING:
 
Please note that the next two options are via the US POST OFFICE and we rely on their delivery confirmation information to show something as delivered. If the tracking number shows delivered we can no longer take responsibility for your package.
 
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FEEL CONFIDENT IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM PLEASE CHOOSE THE UPS OPTION AS ALL THOSE PACKAGES ARE INSURED.
BY CHOOSING TO SHIP THROUGH THE POST OFFICE YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AT DELIVERY.

Standard Shipping (approx 4 - 6 days)

This is shipping through the regular post office - typically first class -  and doesn't guarantee a delivery date. We usually ship in an envelope and not a box.
(We reserve the right to also send these packages via UPS Ground if the package is too heavy to go first class.)
If you are purchasing using a free shipping offer - the shipping on these orders is standard shipping.

USPS Priority Shipping (approx 2 - 4 days)

This is shipping through the regular post office and doesn't guarantee a delivery date although they have a great track record!  There is no refund available if you feel this package didn't arrive as quick as you expected.   If you need a guaranteed date you need to chose a different shipping method.
 
(We reserve the right to also send these packages via UPS 3 Day if the package is too heavy to go Priority Mail.)

Express Mail (1-2 days)
 
This is shipping thorugh the regular post office and they do guarantee a delivery date which is 1-2 days after shipment based on how close you live to a major city. These are almost always overnights but if your zip code is in a rural area it might be a 2-day delivery. Please call if this is a question for you. We can't refund if it takes 2 days for delivery. These packages are insured for up to $100 dollars.
 
If your package is very heavy we will contact you to adjust the rates.  The rates given online are only approximates.

UPS SHIPPING

Insured (UPS GROUND) 5 - 9 business days

We love UPS shipping because the tracking number does show up each step of the way and it is insured. These services do cost a little more and do take a few more days of delivery time but the peace of mind is well worth it!
This is our recommendation as your best choice if you have a few extra days to wait for your package.

Insured (UPS) 3 business days
This is insured and tracked right to your door. The delivery days are 3 business days starting the day after we ship (If we ship Monday it will deliver on Thursday). We aren't always able to ship the same day you place your order so be sure to contact us if you have a specific delivery need in mind.  This is the BEST method if you have a specific date in mind to get your package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We love our international customers and have enjoyed shipping all around the world. Shipping is typically done through the Post Office.
 
If you have a special way you would like something shipped please let us know!  We generally ship the most inexpensive way we can to save you on shipping costs.

If your package is heavy enough to require additional shipping we will contact you and let you know the additional amount we will need to charge.
We reserve the right to do this at any dollar amount of an order based on us selling heavier items that don't fall into these rates - chenille bath robes, bunnies, winter coats, pettiskirts, etc.  If you have taken advantage of a sale there are also times where your order will be really heavy and not fall into our regular shipping prices.  We will email you with any additional shipping needs before your order ships so you can decide if that is what you want to do.
 
PHOTO USE:
 
 We do hire a full time photographer to take copyright photos for our website.  If you sell the same products and need photos - you are in luck -  we sell ours!
 -   $15 per product photo. 
 
If we come across the use of our copyright photos on your site for the purpose of reselling the same or similar products without prior purchase of our photos we will charge $20 per photo which is payable within one week.  Any additional time spent past the initial email in an attempt to collect this will result in an additional service charge to cover our time. 
 
Photos for a personal use are complimentary - feel free to forward a photo of a recent purchase or something that you would like someone to buy for you or your child.  Photos for a commercial use are for sale.
